I am a baker and head decorator at So Cupcake, a cupcake shop located in Salt Lake City, UT. I absolutely love cupcakes, which is why they have consumed my life for the past couple of years. I have loved cooking my entire life, even in the fourth grade when I learned how to make Cinnamon French Toast. I cooked through all of high school and on through Culinary School at UVSC in Orem, Utah...which was the time of my life. I miss going to school, it was a blast spending 8 hours a day, 5 days a week in a kitchen.
But in the end, I realized that I am a better baker, which is what I plan on doing the rest of my life. I love making wedding cakes, which I also do on the side... and someday my ultimate dream is to go back and teach either high school or college cooking/baking. It's going to rock!
